This isn't branding, vision work or business coaching as you've known it. We go past the why and into the place the why came from, the original source your business emerged from, and then we do the patient work of transferring it. The moments, memories and inflection points you carry get written down, built into processes, commitments and training, and handed to your team so the company holds them rather than you. You stay the key steward. You just stop being the only one keeping the fire lit.

How it works

1. Retrieval. We uncover the ontological roots of the business, the source beneath the why, and name the essence clearly enough that someone other than you can feel it.

2. Transfer. We document it and build it into the way the company runs: language, rituals, decision-making, training and the commitments your leaders make to it.

3. Release. Your team begins to perceive, protect and grow the essence on their own, and your identity shifts from being the soul of the business to being its steward.

The timeline is customised. It can be short or long depending on your team, your psyche and how much spark needs rediscovering before we can begin. There's no time pressure, just the right pace for you and the business.

Who you'd be working with

I started SuperFeast in a spare bedroom and grew it into an international herbal company while keeping 100% ownership. Along the way I had to learn how to hand the soul of that business to the people running it, and that lived experience, along with a long apprenticeship in Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine, is what I bring to this work.
